A session explains the managerial flowchart to the workers

The workers of GrupActel, Transalfals and Agrolés have taken part today in some sessions to explain the managerial flowchart that, from the last January, these companies share. There has been announced the agreement that tries to coordinate the business equipments, production, administration and quality of processes, human resources and communication, respecting the juridical personality of every cooperative.

In this sense, the workers have been informed about this strategic alliance which has as a main objective to optimize the resources and the infrastructures of these cooperatives to grow in competitiveness and to open new markets. The workers have been informed too of that, with regard to the sales, these there will be included in the same business managemen and of marketing, which will give a more important presence on the market and will favor new synergies with the clients. As a conclusion, the diversification of products will be facilitated and the sales teams will be unified in order to strengthen the presence in the market.
